My Week In A Nutshell

What a long week!

What a week it has been. This week I began my 3 month course at NEMISA. The course is called End-User Computing. The beginning of the experience was hectic, to say the least, but I eventually got used to it. 

The first day was mainly just an introduction to the course, and not much happened on the day. The following four days was when the work actually started. We had to create a Word document centered around a business, a PowerPoint presentation on our interests, then we got into the introduction of the Maths content. Finally, on Friday we learnt about the workplace, but we didn't delve into it deeply. 

Overall, this first week has been a rollercoaster of emotions. I’m feeling optimistic but also a bit overwhelmed. There’s so much to take in, but I know it’s all part of the journey. Here’s to the weeks ahead, and to settling into this new chapter of my life!

Dashboard, what a task!

 This has been a long week. We've been tasked with creating an interactive dashboard, and boy is it a lot. Luckily we were given a lifeline, because we didn't have to create everything from scratch, we could use some documents from a task of another module. The task required us to know the businesses we wanted to create thoroughly, and be able to measure the success we think the business will measure up to. The task is a lot, however I managed to push through and complete. All thanks to the help of YouTube videos.
